MMeets A sunset yoga session with Bahar Akbaryan

Come to MPavilion for a sunset yoga session of vinyasa flow lead by Bahar Akbaryan. The session begins with thirty minutes of a yang practice, a creative, dynamic sequence to use the body as a transformative tool to emphasise awareness and mindfulness—this will be challenging both physically and mentally, but ultimately rewarding! Following this introduction to yang is twenty minutes of yin practice towards with a combination of floor-based asanas and guided breath work. From yin and restorative poses, prepare the body and mind to find stillness closing the practice with ten minutes yoga nidra or deep relaxation. The goal of this class is to help both the mind and body shed any residual stress of the week and connect to senses and soul. Promoting steady sleep and a grounded start to the week, this class is appropriate for all levels—just bring your mat!
