Harry Fischer

Harry Fischer is a New Generation Network (NGN) Scholar in association with the Australia India Institute and based at La Trobe University. He received his PhD in geography from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. Previous to his present appointment he was a research fellow in public policy at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and an associate of the Revitalizing Rainfed Agriculture Network New Delhi. His research looks at democratic decentralization, environmental governance, and agricultural development in India.
